Join the BrightKey team as a Mailroom Manager. The Mailroom Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the corporate mailroom and front office support functions in a large corporate environment. This position manages a team of 2 employees at a client site which handles mail distribution, shipping/receiving, and general administrative and corporate office support. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong organizational, communication, leadership and multitasking skills who can balance management responsibilities with day-to-day operational work.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting Pay Range: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour

- On-site in Boca Raton, Florida
- Monday through Friday (first shift/full-time)
- Daily Schedule: 7:00am – 3:30pm (may vary)
Key Requirements for the Mail Services Manager Position:
- 3–5 years of experience in mailroom, facilities, or office services management.
- Experience working in a mailroom, including sorting, screening, and metering mail and packages.
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience strongly preferred.
- Experience in a large corporate or multi-department office environment preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work with a high degree of professionalism.
- Familiarly with different types of mailroom equipment such as postage meters, folding & inserting machines, scales, scanners, etc.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with office and business software including Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Able to work onsite with clients and support the relationship between BrightKey and our client’s representatives
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 75lbs as needed

Responsibilities of the Mail Services Manager:
Team Leadership
- Supervise and support a team of mailroom, reception, and administrative staff.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Schedule and assign daily tasks to ensure coverage and workflow efficiency.
- Foster a positive, customer-focused team culture.
- Oversee all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
- Ensure timely sorting, distribution, and delivery of mail throughout the corporate office.
- Manage relationships with postal and delivery vendors (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS).
- Monitor mailroom equipment and supplies, arranging maintenance or replacement as needed.
- Develop and maintain mailroom and front office procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality through process or technology enhancements.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards.
- Assist with mail sorting, deliveries, and special projects during peak periods or staff shortages.
- Provide backup coverage for reception or administrative tasks when necessary.
- Backup Driver for USPS deliveries and pickups (company vehicle).
