Office Support Specialist

Key Information:
- On-Site, 7:30am-4:00pm, Monday through Friday - 40 hours per week
- Location: Hershey, PA

- Hourly Pay Range: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
As the Office Support Specialist, you will:
- Stock conference rooms and coffee stations
- Distribute newspapers
- Stock copier paper
- Deliver toner for printers/copiers
- Handle mail and assist in the mailroom
- Maintain the employee directory
- Help employees with mail related questions
- Make mail truck runs (driving passenger van sized company vehicle, usually once per day, locally only)
- Other various office duties as assigned
Required Skills & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform work that requires a large amount of time on your feet, walking around and lifting up to 50lbs.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Mail Clerk, Office Assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
